Really wanted to give myself a challenge - I think I got what I asked for 
Many, many hours of painting later here is a Turian explorer from the Mass Effect Series. Another that started without a reference which is such a weird concept for me, but really happy with the result!
Used Photoshop CS2 and a Wacom IntuosPro.
